Damages | Issues | Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as your receive it. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, missing or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event you are missing or received an incorrect item, please email with photos of your entire order and packing slip to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to have the proper item shipped to you.
We currently do not offer exchanges.

Items will only be replaced if the container has been damaged during shipping.
Send us a photo of the damaged item along with your customer number to email@example.com If your request is accepted, we will replace the item. Items returned to Noir and Coco without prior approval will not be refunded or returned!
