Damages | Issues | Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact sales@noirandcoco immediately if an item is defective, damaged, missing or incorrect, to have the issue evaluated and corrected.
In the event you are missing or received an incorrect item, please email sales@noirandcoco with photos of your entire order and packing slip to immediately have the missing /proper item shipped to you.
Noir and Coco does not offer exchanges.

Send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org If your request is accepted, the item(s) will be replaced. Items returned to Noir and Coco without prior approval will not be refunded or returned!
